Come along and join us for a fascinating opportunity to learn more about rules of navigation, and operations in Newhaven Harbour. Mark from Newhaven port will be presenting. Those on Safety boat duties, particularly helms should make a date to attend this interesting and informative presentation. There will of course be opportunity to ask questions. Taking place at the height of summer – our first and unique event – Festival of the Seas celebrates all to do with seafaring, this is destined to be a real fun family day featuring Gig racing, stalls, RNLI demonstrations, on the water taster sessions a possible Red Arrows fly by and more, put this in your diaries now – all are welcome !!!

2025 has been an incredible year for the Club with a very active racing and social schedule, and a landmark year with the re-opening of the Seaford Clubhouse, as well as the commissioning of the first phase of our Piddinghoe buildings renewal programme completed.
There’s still lots going on at the Club over the festive period with racing continuing every Sunday and through Christmas at Piddinghoe. The Seaford Clubhouse Galley continues to open daily, with thanks to our Galley partner.
Our racing and events calendar is now updated for 2026 which you can find under the Sailing section of our website, and please check the Social tab which details events forthcoming for January and February.
We will post the latest updates on Social and Sailing events up and coming at the Club as we start 2026.
Watch out for the next series of Grace on ITV in late spring / early summer 2026, where the club at Seaford will be starring as a fantastic backdrop for this exciting detective drama !
